Because its our home and we go on location from time to time, we are here at odd hours like at night.  Generally we try to be here Tuesday through Thursday between 10AM and 4PM Mountain Time.

We have do have a phone land line with an answering machine. Oh the joys of working off grid! Phone lines are grid too so we are happy for what we have. If you call and get a busy signal, a "the party you called is not answering" message or an answering machine please leave a message or call back. If you leave your number (speak clearly) we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We check e-mail fairly often. We can usually respond even more quickly electronically.

OUR POLICY ABOUT YOUR ORDER
Prices have been unsteady, since the Iraq War and in most cases we have been able to absorb the difference. 
Should there be a  price increase, you will be notified before we ship so you can make a decision as to keep the purchase or not. 
Once we receive your additional payment, we will fulfill your order. 
Should you decide that you do not want to keep the purchase, you will need to let us know via eMail.

When making a  purchase from this site, shipping and crate charges are normally included in the stated price. 
On some items such as batteries, the shipping and crating is extra and you will be notified of the charges, which must be paid prior to shipping.
